Game Analysis:
After an electric couple of play-in games, the Pelicans are officially in the playoffs. They really showed their toughness and desire to win last night, coming back after trailing by double digits in the fourth. Their coach might be a rookie, but damn does he know how to motivate his players.

Brandon Ingram is really coming into his own, and the presence of Jonas Valanciunas with Jaxson Hayes and Willy Hernangomez behind him has allowed for a strong interior game, with BI, CJ, and the rest of the guards really stretching the floor which results in an offense more dynamic than I was in little league. While their defense is nothing out of this world, they’re solid and have been steadily improving under the leadership of Willie Green. Also an interesting fact is that the Pelicans have known who they were going to play if they won the play in all along, while the Suns just found out their first round matchup and have not been able to game plan or scout in their off time. I think the Pelicans ride the momentum and take game one in Phoenix. Take NOLA.
