Hm. Which of these two teams is 4 and 0 and second in the NCAA Football rankings? If you answered the Michigan Wolverines then you’d be correct. I don’t mean to be forward and brutal, but there is a clear difference in talent between these two teams and it will show this weekend. The Cornhuskers are .500 and unranked right now. I just hope for their sake the beatdown isn’t too brutal.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers are an okay football team? After watching what Oregon did to Prime’s Colorado Buffaloes Nebraska’s second loss of the season becomes a lot less understandable. This team has yet to beat a ranked team and yet they’re being asked to play the second-best team in football right now. Who set this schedule? Michigan? As far as skill positions go Heinrich Haarberg should really have been a running back, he leads the team in rushes with 272 yards and two touchdowns. And the craziest thing is that their actual RB1 is not that far behind him in yards and equal to him in touchdowns. I’m not worried at all, but if there was a spot for the Wolverines to watch out for it would be the run game.

The Michigan Wolverines are so freakin good. J.J. McCarthy has started off the season pretty hot with eight passing touchdowns and 915 passing yards. Speaking of the rushing game, starting runningback Blake Corum has been on fire. He’s rushed for 351 yards and eight of his own touchdowns already this season. He is going to be a problem Nebraska Defensive Line. And if you try to take away their run game you have to watch out for Roman Wilson who has six receiving touchdowns from McCarthy.

No matter which way you slice it Michigan is the better team, so bet on Michigan.
